That's why I thought I'd share with you a nail art attempt that isn't quite perfect.. Because we're all only human, right?
At the beginning of the month you may have spotted this photo on my Instagram..
Turns out Halloween nail art is a whole lot easier when you're doing it on someone or something other than your own nails..
Quietly impressed by my first attempts I felt ready to tackle my own nails and attempt a bit of left handed action. All Halloween style. Obviously.
Nope.. Definitely not perfect.
Like I said, this wasn't exactly what I was aiming for. Turns out straight lines are hard, pumpkin mouths are tricky and thumb nails are pretty much a pain. But I wouldn't be an honest nail art novice if I didn't share a few of my hiccups along the way.
What are the other trials and tribulations of a nail artist that I should be preparing myself for now? Any other good Halloween nail art tutorials out there?
