Pierrelecat and the Veuxdoo sneak peek..

I love finding independent shops online. They're usually first to react to a new trend, and my favourites are the ones that produce accessible and affordable fashion with a bit of an edge. If they throw a few statement pieces into that collection, I'm officially hooked.

So it's no surprise to hear that Veuxdoo have been on my radar for a little while now..

Their missions statement is to spot vintage pieces that aren't getting the love they deserve. They let loose with their trade mark customisation jiggery-pokery and turn them into this seasons must-have items. Observe..

Tie dye and customised denim.. One, if not both of these trends need to be in your wardrobe for the coming S/S13. So it's two birds and one stone with this awesome customised purple tie dye denim jacket. The sweet pea material on the shoulders and back panel is the perfect finishing touch. Spring time staple, right?

You know you're onto a winner when a shop has predicted a cult must have. Did you watch The Great British Sewing Bee on BBC 2 last week? Ok, now hands up if you spotted the cute sewing machine necklace that one of the contestants wore in the first challenge..

Yep, you guessed it.. Veuxdoo are already one step ahead with their version of the sewing machine necklace. A bargain too at only £6!

So where's the sneak peek? Veuxdoo have been kind enough to send me a couple of pictures of pieces that are going to be available online in the next few weeks. But shhhh! This is just between me and you..

This stunning vintage skirt and one off tie-dye-fabulous tee will be hitting their online store in the next few days. Keep your eye out though.. Once they're gone, they're really gone*!

What do you think about Veuxdoo? Where are your best independent online shop finds?!

*Don't miss their free shipping with orders over £30 with the code FREEDELIVERY.
